Due to the unpredictability of the course of the Coronavirus pandemic, we have taken the decision to run workshops, sit and knits and other activities online. What a response on booking day! More than 80% sold out before I went to bed on day 1, thank you to everyone who was so prompt in filling in your forms!

After you fill in the booking form, we will send out a welcome email (we aim to do this within a couple of days) and an invoice for your deposit. Once your deposit is paid, your place is secure (unless you don’t pay the balance, but we’ll argue about that later!). If you provide your Ravelry username we will earburn you to the Retreat group so that you can get chatting with other attendees and also you can join in the makealongs, swaps etc that we run through the year. It’s nice to be able to find accommodation near other retreaters too, especially if you are coming alone. We don’t send dozens of emails, but there will be communication once classes are allocated, and there’s generally a questionnaire to fill in closer to the retreat with last minute questions that we have for you. Booking opened to newsletter subscribers on Saturday 15th February at 12 Noon GMT. Places and workshops are issued on a first come first served basis and so we always strongly recommend booking early!
The cost will be £250. A deposit of £85 will be required in order to reserve your place. We aim to send out invoices via PayPal within 72 hours of receiving your booking request, and payment will be due within 72 hours of our invoice being dispatched. The balance of £165 (plus £40 if you would like to attend a third class) will be payable by June 30th 2020. Invoices will be sent out in the week before.
We have four fantastic tutors lined up for you. Please follow the links at the top of the website to find out more about them, and about the workshops which they will be offering.
As well as workshops, we will be having our perenially popular bring and take table, Saturday evening social, free raffle and oodles of cake! Also, Catrin will be raising money for Treasure Chest YGC at the marketplace on Sunday, so her stall is well worth a visit!
